Dr. Andrew Tomlinson
Dr. Andrew Tomlinson grew up in Tahoe City. He attended college at Brown University where he majored in French. He came back to UNR for medical school and was elected president of his class. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of New Mexico, followed by a fellowship in Rhinology and Advanced Sinus Surgery at the California Sinus Centers in the Bay Area.
Dr. Tomlinson practiced for three years in San Francisco before choosing to move home to Reno with his wife and two children. He treats the highest level of rhinologic conditions such as chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, nasal obstruction, allergic rhinitis, sinus barotrauma, CSF leaks, pituitary tumors and sinus tumors. He is skilled in rhinoplasty, thyroid and parathyroid surgery and neck tumors. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the American Rhinologic Society, and the Nevada Medical Association. He is excited to practice with Drs. Garrett, Lough and Hauser, adding to the excellent service they provide Northern Nevada.
In his spare time, Dr. Tomlinson loves being with his family, snow and water skiing, biking, golfing, camping, cooking, going to museums, and being outdoors.
