Dr. Jeremy Lough grew up in the shadows of Mount Rainier in the Pacific Northwest. After high school he served as a missionary in Bolivia. He then attended college in Utah and met his wonderful wife.  He followed her to Texas and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas. He then attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where his two beautiful children were born. Before settling in Reno, he completed his Otolaryngology residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia.  Go Mizzou!  
 

Dr. Lough has extensive training in the most difficult ear cases, sinus surgery, neck masses, thyroid and parathyroid, scar revision, and rhinoplasty. Additionally, Dr. Lough offers many in-office procedures including balloon sinuplasty, minor skin procedures, and laser snoring and sleep apnea procedures.  For many patients, this provides considerable relief of symptoms without requiring general anesthesia, promoting quicker recovery and lower healthcare costs.
 

Dr. Lough can often be found on a mountain bike or a road bike in the warmer seasons.  He continues to explore the many activities available in this area, and draws inspiration from his family as he serves his patients throughout Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe region.
